Shipping & Returns
Shipping varies depending location, this will be applied at the checkout.
All orders are shipped within one working day (weekend and bank holidays not included). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of our products but there are certain situations where exchanges are granted if applicable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Unfortunately, unforeseen events happens during transit. We are not responsible of the damages or broken products occurred during delivery transit, but we assure you that all our products are well protected and equipped to avoid damaging.

If this occurs, please send us a clear picture of the product within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will file a claim with the responsible courier, this might take 7 working days to be processed.
Once if this is approved we will send you an email to notify you that your product will be replaced.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
